Hearing Conservation and Audiology Services at VCOE is thrilled to again offer HEAR for Families, a program providing engaging hearing education and resources for families of students with hearing loss. Through this program, families will gain essential knowledge in promoting their child’s best use of hearing devices, language development, and academic success.  In addition, HEAR for Families will give families access to professional expertise offered by Ventura County Educational Audiologists and Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, using materials adapted from teachings of the John Tracy Clinic, known world-wide for their parent-centered approach in the education of deaf and hard of hearing children.
